Bushwick
Bushwick
Tucked away on a quiet residential block in Bushwick, this light-filled one-bedroom apartment offers a rare blend of design, comfort, and convenience. At nearly 1,000 square feet, the home feels more like a private suite than a city apartment, with high ceilings, oversized windows, and carefully curated interiors throughout.
The living room opens onto a private balcony overlooking a canopy of trees—a peaceful place for morning coffee or an evening glass of wine after a day in the city. Inside, you'll find designer furnishings, original artwork, a Sonos sound system, custom circadian rhythm Oasis lighting throughout, and a warm palette of natural materials that create a calm, elevated atmosphere.
The kitchen is fully equipped for extended stays, featuring high-end appliances, quartz countertops, a dishwasher, and a dedicated Breville espresso station. A glass-front china cabinet and thoughtful details throughout give the space the feel of a well-appointed home rather than a short-term rental.
The bedroom is designed for rest and privacy, with a Queen-size bed, hotel-quality linens, wireless chargers, blackout curtains, and abundant natural light. The spa-inspired bathroom includes a deep soaking tub, perfect for unwinding after long days exploring New York.
Additional amenities include central air conditioning, in-unit washer and dryer, high-speed Wi-Fi, and rooftop access with sweeping neighborhood views.
Located between Bushwick Avenue and Broadway, just minutes from the J train, the apartment offers quick access to Manhattan, Williamsburg, and Brooklyn's best restaurants, cafés, galleries, and nightlife while maintaining the feel of a quiet neighborhood retreat.
For guests visiting during the 2026 World Soccer Championship, the apartment serves as an ideal basecamp—close to public transportation while providing a refined and comfortable place to recharge between matches and city adventures.
A great home for couples, remote workers, or solo travelers looking for a short-term quiet and comfortable home base.
