I’m looking to sublet my bedroom in my Park Slope apartment for a couple months or so. I’ll be staying in the living room during that time to save some coin and am looking for a thoughtful, easygoing person to share the space with.

You’ll have a private, fully furnished bedroom in a charming North Park Slope apartment, right in the heart of one of Brooklyn’s best neighborhoods.

Prime North Park Slope location — steps from the R train, with easy access to N/Q/2/3/4/5/6/B/D lines
Bright and comfortable bedroom with queen-sized bed, desk, and closet
High-speed internet, tub + shower, nearby laundromat
Lots of natural light throughout the apartment
Surrounded by great cafés, restaurants, and shops along 5th Ave, and close to Prospect Park
About me:
Female social worker, non-smoker, respectful, tidy.
About you:
Non-smoker, drug-free person. Responsible, respectful -- Basically at work most of the time.
No pets, unfortunately (building policy). No couples (the space won't allow).
