Hi! Dana and I are looking for a third roommate to join us in our 3 bed/1 bath apartment in Williamsburg starting September 1st for a 12-month lease. I’ll be swapping rooms with the roommate that is leaving, so my current room is the one up for grabs.

• East Williamsburg, right by the iconic Win Son Bakery
• Convenient access to transit: 5 min walk to the L at Montrose Station, 10 min to G/J/M, and several bus stops are also close by
• Easy commute to Manhattan and surprisingly accessible for rest of Brooklyn
🛌 Room
• Option to remain fully furnished! Can leave all existing furniture - bed, dresser, curtains, etc. - behind for a reasonable price
• Direct access to a balcony overlooking the courtyard. It’s a lovely bright room with natural light throughout the day
• In-room AC/heater unit
• Please note there is no closet, but miracles are possible between the dresser, wardrobe rack, and four underbed storage containers. All of which can be yours!

• Furnished common spaces

💸 Rent/Application Requirements
• $1,633/month and security deposit of same amount
• Utilities approximately $115/month, bit higher in winter months due to heating costs and Con Ed being Con Ed
• One-time lease change/name transfer fee of $750
• 650+ credit score with no late payments on credit report
• Proof of income that shows at least $70K annual
• Good landlord reference
We’ve lived here for the past year and love the apartment’s proximity to Manhattan as well as Williamsburg proper! Some quick facts about us - in our mid-late 20s & interested in: literature, all things media, baking/cooking, spontaneous adventures, and endless rabbit holes.
We're looking for someone who is clean (not to IKEA showroom levels, but more clean up after yourself), easy to chat with, and interested in keeping the apartment a cozy place for us all to decompress. Women/femme preferred and no pets or smoking.
