Room in Shared Apartment

Hi! I’m looking for someone to rent the 2nd bedroom in my 2BR/1BA apartment in Hamilton Heights 😊  Move in July 1! Lease is through May 31, 2027. About the apartment: - Spacious 1st floor apartment (no stairs!!)  - Queen size bedroom! I’ve included a pic from a previous listing where the tenant had a bed, dresser and desk with plenty of room - Full size closet with storage above - Warm hardwood floors throughout - DISHWASHER!!! - Laundry in basement and/or laundromat on corner - Live-in super - Window AC unit already in room About the location: - ~5 min walk to 1 train, ~8 min walk to ABCD - 20 min to midtown - 1 block away from Riverside Park - View of the Hudson River right outside the apartment - Multiple parks nearby and lots of green space - C-Town supermarket across the street - Coffee shops, gym, library and tons of restaurants within few block radius Pricing:
Rent is $1575/mo, WiFi is $40/pp and utilities vary. $1575 deposit and $1575 first month's rent required to move in. You will be signing a roommate agreement with me, and I will ask to see your 2 most recent pay stubs.  About me:
31F (32 in July) who moved here from NC just over a year ago! I’m currently a barista on the UWS. I love to laugh, make people laugh, be outside and near water, see live music, find random things to do, take day/weekend trips, see comedy shows, try new restaurants and coffee shops, do creative things, etc etc. I’m pretty laid back and like to maintain a calm, clean, cozy environment. I don’t host friends/guests very often but will every now and then. I have a small 10 yr old beagle named Chance who is super sweet and will love to lay next to you if you’re on the couch, but we aren’t looking for anymore fur babies. What I’m looking for:
Female roommate between 25-35 who, like me, values respect, consideration and cleanliness! I typically clean the apartment weekly, so looking for someone who can switch off with me to keep the space clean. It would be really cool if we had similar interests/could become friends, but if you’re more of a solo person, that’s totally fine too! Looking for someone who works outside the home. Someone who is mature and has good communication skills. I love my apartment and I want whoever moves in to love it and feel like it's home too. If you feel like you might be a good fit, send me a message on here or on IG @alhutcha 🤗

Room in Shared Apartment

**Room in Weeksville Duplex | $1,350/mo | Available ASAP** Hey — looking for someone to share my place on Sterling Place in Weeksville. It's a 2BR/1.5BA duplex in a small, quiet 4-unit building. The apartment has high ceilings, hardwood floors, big rooms, and gets a lot of sunlight. New kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a dishwasher. We'd each have our own bedroom upstairs and share the bathroom for daily use. I use the basement as my personal space, so upstairs you'd basically have the living room to yourself — I do use the kitchen but honestly don't cook much, so it's rarely an issue. Laundry is coin-op in the basement, shared with the building (just 2 other units, so it's never a mess). You can access the laundry through the basement or from the shared exterior stairs outside the unit. Looking for someone chill who keeps to themselves mostly but isn't antisocial. 420-friendly household, no issues there. LGBTQ+ folks especially welcome. **The basics:** - $1,350/mo - Sublease required - No pets please - Must have steady income - I keep an early schedule — up early, in bed early. Evenings need to stay calm. No loud TV, no guests getting rowdy at night. Daytime is totally yours. Location is solid — close to the 3/4/5 and the A/C, walkable to restaurants, cafes, and groceries all around. Send me a message with a little about yourself, what you do, and when you're looking to move. Serious inquiries only.
